SCOPE:

This machine equipped with a precision grinding spindle which is mounted on four magneto bearings is preferred for external and internal grinding on lathes, shaper, planing or milling machine. They can be used in any position from the horizontal to the vertical and get the same precision results provided by expensive single-purpose machine tools. save your initial equipment cost as well as floor space.

MOTORS:

Totally enclosed fan-cooled accurately balanced, 3 phasse squirrel cage or single phase.

GRINDING QUILLS:

Of highest quality allot steel and ground shaft mounted on four magneto bearing. External and Internal quils interchanged by loosening four cap screw in main frame. Wr make special quills also having smaller or larger spindles as per customers specification.

BELT & WHEEL GUARD:

External grinding wheels and belt are proteccted by stronger M.S. plates.

EQUIPMENTS:

All machines are delivered with complete eqipmeny of wheel, belts, guard ready for use.
